FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions

Using a cloud-based management software offers numerous advantages compared to traditional systems installed locally on your own computers. Here are the main reasons why more and more hospitality businesses are choosing the cloud:

  • Access Anytime, Anywhere
You can access the system from any internet-connected device (PC, tablet, smartphone), allowing you to manage your business wherever you are.

  • Automatic Updates
The software is always up to date with the latest version, without the need for manual intervention on your computers. This not only ensures access to new features, but also keeps you at the forefront of security and regulatory compliance (e.g., electronic invoicing, GDPR, etc.).

  • Security and Automatic Backups
Your data is stored in secure data centers with daily backups and recovery systems in place.

  • Integration with Other Systems
Seamlessly integrates with online payment systems, Channel Managers (OTAs), and Booking Engines.

To use Hotellerie’s services, only the subscription fee (on an annual basis) for the selected services is required.
There are no commissions or percentage fees (for example, on bookings made through our system).

Once you subscribe to the Channel Manager package, no commission is required by Hotellerie.
However, please note that some distribution channels (such as Airbnb or Booking.com) may charge their own commission fees, which must be paid directly to the service provider.

To support the needs of smaller properties, Hotellerie offers a free version of its management software.
This version has no costs and does not require a credit card to use.

Support is provided through a ticketing system, with a guaranteed response time within 8 business hours.
To ensure the best possible assistance, our technicians may contact you by phone or provide remote support by connecting via the SupRemo software (https://www.supremocontrol.com/en/).
