FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions About Hotellerie

Cloud-based hotel management software allows you to work without installing the application on the property’s computers and to access information from internet-connected devices.

The main benefits include:

• access from computers, tablets and smartphones wherever an internet connection is available;

• centralised updates without manual intervention on the property’s devices;

• greater operational continuity through backup and recovery procedures;

• the ability to progressively integrate external services and new tools.

Hotellerie is designed as a fully cloud-based PMS that simplifies the daily management of accommodation providers.

Hotellerie’s core management system is already available. The PMS allows users to organise properties and accommodation units, manage the booking calendar and keep guest profiles in order.

The platform is being progressively expanded with new features and integrations.

The cost of Hotellerie depends on the selected plan and activated services. Pricing and terms are clearly stated before subscription.

Hotellerie does not charge percentage-based commissions on operations managed directly through the PMS. Any fees charged by external providers, distribution platforms or payment services are not included.

The Hotellerie Channel Manager is planned for a future release. Any specific pricing and terms for this module will be communicated before activation.

Commissions charged by platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb and other OTAs depend on the agreements between the accommodation provider and each platform and are not determined by Hotellerie.

A free version of Hotellerie is coming soon and is intended to meet the needs of smaller properties. Availability, included features and terms of use will be announced before release.

Email and WhatsApp management and AI-powered features are coming soon.

The Channel Manager, Booking Engine, online check-in and electronic invoicing are planned for future releases. The website will be updated as the project evolves.

AI-powered features are coming soon and will be introduced progressively into the platform.

AI will be able to support accommodation providers by classifying emails, preparing suggested replies to guests, analysing requests and automating certain repetitive tasks.

Important functions will remain under the user’s control. Hotellerie will use artificial intelligence to support staff without replacing the property’s operational decisions.

Support is provided through a ticketing system, with a response within eight business hours.

When necessary, our technicians may contact the customer by telephone or propose a remote support session through SupRemo, always with the user’s authorisation. Further information about the software is available at https://www.supremocontrol.com/en/.
